How do I buy a product?
Browse the marketplace, open any product, and click Buy Now. You'll pay via Paystack and get instant access from your library.
How do I become a seller?
Click "Start Selling" and set up your store name and URL. Your application is reviewed before your storefront goes live, but you can start adding products right away.
How fast are payouts?
Payouts are typically processed within 24 hours of a sale. You can request a payout anytime from your seller dashboard once you've linked a payout account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — open the order from "My Orders" and request a refund. Our team reviews each request.
What payment methods are supported?
Paystack. All prices are in Nigerian Naira, and you can pay from anywhere with Visa, Mastercard or Verve — your card issuer converts at its own rate. Bank transfer and USSD are also supported.
