How do I buy a product?
Browse the marketplace, open any product, and click Buy Now. You'll pay via Paystack and get instant access from your library.
How do I become a seller?
Click "Start Selling" and set up your store name and URL. Your application is reviewed before your storefront goes live, but you can start adding products right away.
How fast are payouts?
Once you've linked a payout account, your earnings from each sale are sent to your bank automatically the next working day — there's nothing to request. A few kinds of earnings (released pre-orders, non-Naira sales, and sales made before you linked your account) aren't sent automatically; you can withdraw those from the Payouts page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — open the order from "My Orders" and request a refund. Our team reviews each request.
What payment methods are supported?
Paystack. All prices are in Nigerian Naira, and you can pay from anywhere with Visa, Mastercard or Verve — your card issuer converts at its own rate. Bank transfer and USSD are also supported.
