1. Information we collect
Account details (name, email, username, country), payment information processed by our payment partners (we don't store card numbers), content you upload as a seller, and usage data like pages visited and actions taken.
2. How we use your information
To operate the marketplace — process orders and payouts, deliver purchased content, prevent fraud, send account and order notifications, and improve the product.
3. Sharing
We share information with our payment processor (Paystack) to complete transactions, and with sellers/buyers as needed to fulfill an order (e.g. a seller can see who purchased their product for support purposes). We don't sell your personal data.
4. Data retention
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations.
5. Your rights
You can update your profile information anytime in Settings, or request account deletion by contacting support. Some order records may be retained for legal/accounting reasons even after account deletion.
6. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
