1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Zana, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
3. Buying on Zana
Purchases grant you a license to use the product as described on its listing. Unless stated otherwise, products are for personal or internal business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
4. Selling on Zana
Sellers must own the rights to what they list and are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Zana reviews seller applications and product submissions, and may reject or remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.
5. Payments and payouts
Payments are processed by Paystack in Nigerian Naira. Zana deducts a commission from each sale; the remainder is credited to the seller's Zana balance, which the seller can withdraw to their linked payout account at any time.
6. Refunds
Buyers may request a refund for a completed order through their order history. Refund requests are reviewed individually; approval isn't automatic.
7. Prohibited content
You may not list or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, is illegal, or is intended to cause harm. Zana may suspend accounts or remove content that violates this policy.
8. Termination
Zana may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
Zana is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Zana isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zana after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
